1. Applicant Photo for the Exam ID (File format: .jpg)

   • The photo must show a clear, front-facing view of your face, without a hat or sunglasses.

   • The background should be plain, with neat attire.

   • The photo must be taken within the last 6 months.

2. Front Side of ID Card (File format: .jpg)

   • The image must be clear and not blurry.

3. Academic Transcript (File format: .pdf)

   • Only one PDF file can be uploaded.

   • Please make sure to combine all pages/documents into a single file before uploading.
