KOSEN-KMITL Industrial Forum 2025

On June 20, 2025, the KOSEN Institute of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) hosted the KOSEN-KMITL Industrial Forum 2025, an international event aimed at strengthening collaboration between the education and industrial sectors.

The forum was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Komsan Maleesi, President of KMITL; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nattawut Depaiwa, Acting Dean of the KOSEN Institute at KMITL; Mr. Toru Kajiwara, Minister of the Embassy of Japan in Thailand; Khun Watanasopee Suksaard, Director of the Thailand KOSEN Institute Project and Acting Advisor for Strategic Planning in Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wareesa Chuwattanakul, Acting Deputy Dean of the KOSEN Institute at KMITL.

This year’s forum focused on the exchange of knowledge in engineering, technology, and innovation. It also provided valuable opportunities for students to learn directly from industry professionals through keynote lectures, workshops, and live demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies.

The event was designed to prepare students for their future careers as professional engineers, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications, internship programs, and career pathways in fields such as mechatronics, computer engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, and advanced innovative engineering.

A highlight of the forum was the collaboration with leading companies, who joined the event to host exhibition booths, share their expertise, and support student learning and career development.
